Avant toute intervention, une convention actant de la modalit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est sign\u00e9e. <\/span>Les honoraires peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9s en plusieurs fois, en accord avec votre avocat, par appel de provisions successifs.\u00a0 Ils sont toujours r\u00e9gl\u00e9s en int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 avant l\u2019audience de plaidoirie. <\/span><\/p>

En cas de proc\u00e9dure contentieuse, vous sera refactur\u00e9 un droit de plaidoirie d\u2019un montant de 13\u20ac (imp\u00f4t directement pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avocat). <\/span>Les \u00e9ventuels frais d\u2019exp\u00e9dition postale engag\u00e9s par le cabinet, pour votre compte seront refactur\u00e9s, tout comme les frais de d\u00e9placement (application du bar\u00e8me fiscal annuel des Indemnit\u00e9s kilom\u00e9triques).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Afin que ce premier rendez-vous vous soit utile, il est vous est recommand\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer une chronologie des \u00e9v\u00e8nements principaux, des faits pr\u00e9cis et objectifs.
Ce premier rendez-vous permettra \u00e0 votre avocat de vous apporter une premi\u00e8re analyse de votre dossier et de vous conseiller sur la strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.
Le 1 er rendez-vous de consultation au cabinet est factur\u00e9 100\u20ac TTC. Cette somme sera d\u00e9duite des honoraires si le rendez-vous est suivi d\u2019une ouverture du dossier.

L\u2019avocat donne au client une estimation pr\u00e9visible du temps n\u00e9cessaire au traitement de son dossier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Un honoraire de r\u00e9sultat peut venir compl\u00e9ter l\u2019honoraire de l\u2019avocat.
